Grounding in God: Care of the Soul in a Time of Chaos

AN IN-PERSON & ONLINE EVENT RECOMMENDED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM

Led by Dr. Michael Hryniuk (theologian, educator, psychotherapist and spiritual director), this day-long retreat will explore Lenten themes for reflection spiritual renewal. Participants will examine how to navigate personal and global uncertainty through meditation, group discussion and contemplative practices.

During this Holy Year of Jubilee, gather as a pilgrim of hope with Christians from diverse traditions to develop a spirituality that that foster both individual wellbeing and broader healing during challenging times.
